EXCEL Academy Public Charter School is governed by a seven-member board responsible for ensuring that the school’s academic, organizational, and fiscal operations operate at high levels in accordance with its charter with the Prince George’s County Board of Education. The board and/or its committees meet regularly as part of its oversight of EXCEL’s operations. Meetings are open to the public and meeting notifications are available through various media, in keeping with the Open Meeting Law.
