EXCEL Academy Public Charter School, home of the EXCEL Eagles, is accepting applications for students in grades K-8 for the upcoming school year.

- We are an International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme candidate school seeking full authorization by the 2023-24 school year. Once authorized, we will be the only IB charter school in Prince George’s County.
- Built on four pillars of Character Development, College and Career Readiness, Cultural Arts, and Community Partnerships, EXCEL Academy’s mission is to develop compassionate lifelong learners through inquiry-based learning experiences. These experiences cultivate intercultural understanding through innovative teaching and community partnerships with engaging academic opportunities.
